My accommodation have view to the sea ?
All the villas and the suites include private balconies. The suites lies at the ground of the buildings and the villas at the top of the buildings offering sea view.
Does my room include kitchen area ?
All the types of rooms as the villas, studios, and the suites include a kitchenette area. Special the superior and the family villas have full kitchen.
The Sea paradise where is situated in Oia ?
The hotel lies at the area of Paradisos, the property is only 20 meters from the beach and outside of Oia just a sort walk of 25 minutes by walk from the Oia center.
What exactly i will find around the hotel ?
The nearest beach of Oia is the Baxedes "Paradisos" beach: only 20 meters.
Exactly outside from the hotel there is restaurant.
Also exactly outside from the hotel there is the bus station (through this you can go to Oia or to Fira).
I will have in my room WiFi internet and Satelite TV ?
All the rooms have free Wifi internet and Satelite TV.
There is parking lot at the property ?
Yes, there is one inside the complex and is totaly free of charge.

I don't have a credit card can i do a reservation ?
Yes, you can make a booking by sending us an email or by call us at the hotel, we will provide you all the informations in order to be possible to submit a booking.
My selected room is support more capacity or can accommodated one extra person ?
All the accommodation types of our hotel include additional sofas beds. Each extra person is considered with an additional charge.
How can I ask an additional service as "Flowers up on the arrival" for my reservation ?

Can the hotel arrange a "Transfer arrangement" for my booking ?
Yes, Sea paradise arrange for you all transfer through the port or airport. It must to provide
us same necessary info... so send us the specific time of your arrival with the number of your flight or the name of the boat.
Can i have early check in up on my arrival ?
This is up on request, and if there is earliest departure of the previous customer from the room.

Can i book a unit for two months ?
Yes, because we have flexible booking policy you can send us request about your deal. Note that in our hotel you have the opportunity to book a villa or a suite for a long period. You can book it for 1 month or for one week or maybe more... the rates in that case are lower however from the official rates .. it must to contact with us in order to advice you.v
Why is better to make my reservation directly with the hotel ?
First of all, by making your booking with us you get the lower available rate and you avoid any kind of commission fees, (-15% to -20% per reservation).
